My email was changed ,not able to get or return messages and today one told me my email was not the one on my add , I told them to check back about a week ago same picture and it was cancelled so mayb
Someone hacked into my account, changed my password and email .I have asked several times for it Tobe taken down because people are proberly getting hacked to send money to hold , which I didn't do. Now here I am stuck with pups that were sold and to good homes and getting older each day .I haven't checked the bank today but I am still waiting for 2 refundsand I asked to even put on that the ad was hacked ,and do not send money .So I am scaredto even pay to post again cause nothing g was said on the picture ad that I was hacked.
I have already wasted the price of 2 postings. NOT HAPPY AT ALL , even had to use data to send on chat then we switched to email , then yhat stopped cause the hacker changed it and now you have no record I sent pictures not even sure you got them that I tookoff my laptop with my camera showing both ads and that they were both paid for by marymac 2004****@***.ca the 2nd one was hacked the 1st you guys took down because it was in the wrong place Ihave records of both payments

Not really I’m waiting for somebody to call me back from there because I was charged twice for the same ad. This is the second time it’s happened.
I would like somebody to call me back and get this straightened up cause this is now the second time I posted an ad and I had to pay twice for 31 days

We paid for our ad and nothing was out, so we tried again and paid twice. Then, it went up.
This is not the first time it happened. There's no way to contact a person on the phone.
I believe you should be able to, instead of chatting online then getting put over to another person. Just a lot of hassle.

When I called, I was informed there were no live chat agents. I went there, but the option was not available.

I was scammed, Kijiji didn’t care at all
Terrible experience, I feel unprotected on Kijiji. They dont help you at all.
I felt so helpless.
I was svammed and lost &500. I want everyone to know we are alone on kijiji , alone and unprotected.

Did not recognize legitimate payment for ad.
A run around. 2 ads pulled requiring payment I already made.
I HAVE DIGITAL RECEIPTS.
Kijiji has accepted payments for 2 animal rescue ads then subsequently pulled them before expiration. Pissed off customer.

Report a method of scamming
The company should give a notice whenever an ad is placed to a link that shows the various nefarious scams on kijiji.
The mobile cheque deposit is a scam because you think you've deposited the amount, but a dew days or a week later you get notice from the ba k that their cheque was NSF, so lose lose both ways.

Tom the plumber took my money, lied to me
I had a leak on my main water hose and I couldn't turn the main water off . The handle wouldn't move or shut off the water.tom the plumber said he would fix it.
So the city workers came over and turn the water off and he said he fixed it and took my three hundred dollars and left. But he lied the , he just put a clamp on top and said turn the leaver on off and it will shut off the water.
And he left before the city workers turn on the water. I got another plumber four days later and he did it properly.His number is 587 585 **** tom the scammer.

Hi , thanks for refunding , had a message for the girl was able to answer and send messages .BUTthe same guy that was the last to message me before , messages again and I think he may be the hacker cause I answered him and he never replied back and messages are not working again said he was from Sackville,Lucas Cavenaugh. His name is in one of the pictures sent
